As a non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of San Antonians, Family Service Association is constantly challenged to provide services while relying on the support of community members.

The organization needed help to raise awareness and funds, and Regnier Valdez responded.

For over three years, the agency has helped to create and promote annual events that are memorable, and give citizens a reason to believe in the organization's calling to help families in need, regardless of circumstances, for the future of the community.

From annual holiday Gala fundraising events attended by prominent citizens throughout San Antonio, to collateral materials and marketing efforts to encourage estate-planned giving, the agency continues to establish an image for Family Service Association that reflects its reason for being - a force of good for the future of the city - strengthening families, motivating individuals, and building a healthier community. This included a direct mail campaign in early 2008 that resulted in immediate substantial bequests.
