Hogan Homes needed to tell its story. Since its founding in 1966, the company's premium homes have dominated the landscape, and as the bay area has grown and expanded, Hogan continued to grow and expand with it.
The homebuilder's masterpiece is Terra Mar, the first and only master-planned community of its kind in Corpus Christi. Hogan Homes envisioned a community that would be a premier residential destination, offering coastal land, nature trails, convenient thoroughfare access, parks and amenities, as well as providing a model for conserving the development's natural surroundings.
Hogan needed a marketing plan, campaign and collateral package to reflect everything the development had to offer and begin to market the community to the public. Through effective planning and collaboration, Regnier Valdez created and fully developed a marketing and advertising program, including a comprehensive grand opening effort, in less than 2 months.
